ABOUT

At Waller Performance Rehab, we believe there’s an athlete and performer in everyone.

Performance rehabilitation is a specialized approach that combines rehabilitation and performance enhancement—not only to recover from injury and restore function, but to optimize and elevate physical capabilities beyond pre-injury levels or basic functional movement. This approach uses personalized strategies including advanced movement assessments, targeted manual therapies, and expert exercise programming to help clients achieve their unique goals—whether returning to sport, picking up a child pain-free, or simply living day-to-day life with more power and purpose.

Dr. Elise empowers clients through education, habit-building strategies, and a holistic approach that considers not just the injury, but the whole person—their lifestyle, stress, sleep, nutrition, and daily routines. By combining corrective exercises, strength training, and performance-based conditioning, she equips clients with the tools to manage pain, prevent future injury, and perform at their best in any aspect of life. Her goal is simple: help clients move out of pain and into power, reclaim autonomy over their bodies, and thrive.
